Design terms

My working terms are simple: fixed fees, clear deliverables, and no surprises. If the budget needs adjusting, we can talk through options and find a plan that works for both of us.

Payment

A non‑refundable 50% payment is required before the project starts, and work is booked as soon as it’s received. The final balance is due at completion, and design files are released after full payment.

Payment options are made received via Zelle: asolas.studio@gmail.com | PayPal: @asolasstudio. Additional options may be available.

Revisions and refinements

Your quote covers up to three rounds of revisions after the first presentation, giving space for clear feedback and refinements. An additional fee of $20.00 will be charged for extra revisions before final project completion.

Communication

I respond to emails within a few hours. If needed, we can schedule a dedicated one-hour phone call or video call to go over the project.

Rights and ownership

Once payment is complete, you own the final approved designs and can use them however you wish. I keep the right to showcase the work for self‑promotion to showcase in portfolio, publications, or exhibitions.

Confidentiality

If anything you share needs to stay confidential, just let me know in advance. I’ll treat all information with care. As outlined in “Rights and ownership,” I may showcase finished design work for self‑promotion once it’s public or in use.

Digital Files

All final design files are securely stored for at least six months after project completion; in case they’re lost or damaged on your end. I’ll resend them at no cost during that period, but it’s still important to keep your own safe copies. If you’d like tips on how to store them, just ask.

Agreement

These terms are included with the first invoice. Your initial payment confirms you’re ready to move forward, and I’ll be glad to begin.
